BPNI Certificate Course on "Infant and Young Child Feeding Counseling Specialist"
BPNI/IBFAN Asia is organizing certificate training Courses on Infant and Young Child Feeding Counseling: A Training Course – The 3 in 1 Course (An Integrated Course on Breastfeeding, Complementary Feeding and Infant Feeding & HIV-Counseling) at, Lucknow, Gwalior, Hindupur, Delhi and Ranchi during April 2008.
Participants who wish to be certified as Infant and young child feeding counselling specialists, should be
either doctors or nurses, nutrition or other social or health professionals who are involved in care of mothers and children.
Highlights of the course are:
Duration of the course: 7 days (9 AM to 6 PM.)
Course Fee: Rs. 5,000/- (includes training materials, lunch and tea).
This course will prepare you as specialists who will help mothers to be successful in exclusive breastfeeding, appropriate complementary feeding and help in selecting feeding option for HIV +ve mothers.
You will be able to set up independent IYCF counseling support centers
