New ratifications to ILO C183

We are happy to announce that 2 new Member States (the Netherlands and Latvia) have ratified the Convention on Maternity Protection respectively on 15 January 2009 and 9 February 2009.

That makes it 17 countries in all. In alphabetic al order they are:
